Pure Vanilla Extract
Sift the flour, salt, and cocoa powder, baking soda together set aside
Mix the vegetable oil and sugar using paddle
Add eggs one at a time to incorporate
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, scrape well
Slowly incorporate the buttermilk, water, and vanilla (scrape the sides)
Fill cupcake liners 3/4” full (bake 350F) for about 23 minutes. Insert toothpick check doneness
Take out oven let cool on wire rack for ten minutes inside muffin pan. Ready to frost.
Use recipe from buttercream frosting video just add cocoa powder to the ingredients .
Decorate with mini chocolate chips. Cover the whole cupcake.. ready to eat.. Enjoy!
