What you’ll need
Soy texture protein
Grape seed oil
1/2 cup each
Yellow and orange peppers
Pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt)
Add grape seed oil in a pan on medium heat, then add onions
Cook onions until clear, then add The spanish seasonings “Sofrito” cook that for a couple of minutes
Add tomatoes, peppers, Italian herbs, olives and salt
Cook for a few more min until the tomatoes and peppers are a little cooked.
Now I’ll add the soy texture protein.
Cover and let it simmer for 5 min on medium heat add the green onions towards the end.
