What you’ll need
Flour - 1/2 cup
Cayenne Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Vegetable Oil - 1 cup
Corn Starch - 1/2 cup
Salt - 2 tsp (plus extra to garnish)
Chicken Wings 1.5 lbs
Pepper - 3 tsp (plus extra to garnish)
Garlic - 1/4 tsp
Combine flour and cornstarch in a dish. Mix well.
Add seasoning and mix well.
Generously bread chicken wings in the mixture. Coat each wing well.
Add oil to a frying pan on medium-high heat.
Add a pinch of the breading mixture to the oil. If it fries instantly, your oil is ready.
Fry each side for about 2-3 minutes OR until golden brown. Set aside on a paper towel when done.
For extra crispy wings, re-fry each wing for another 1-2 minutes on each side.
Drain off excess oil on a paper towel and add more pepper to taste.
