What you’ll need
Fresh Rosemary, minced
Preheat oven to 375°F
Combine all dried herbs & spices s
Combine olive oil, herb & spice mixture, and chicken
Place chicken on greased baking sheet
Baked for 30 minutes
Poke small holes in potatoes and microwave for 5 minutes
Melt butter & garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
Stir in rosemary, salt, and pepper
Toss cooked potatoes in the Rosemary Garlic Butter
Flip chicken and bakes for additional 20 minutes.
Add potatoes to baking sheet with chicken, smash with potato masher & top with remaining butter
Bake Potatoes & Chicken for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve Potatoes & Chicken with steamed Green & Yellow Beans, and Carrots.
