What you’ll need
Ground Beef- 7% fat
2 tablespoons in mixture, & 2 cups when frying
Salt & Pepper
Medium Sized Potatoes
Grate peeled potatoes using the narrow slicers!
Grab a thin strainer and make sure all juice is removed.
Pro tip: push directly down on to the potatoes in order to squeeze out the juice.
Repeat process with one peeled onion.
Squeeze the juice out once again.
Add meat, potatoes, and onions into a bowl- then add your salt and pepper!
Massage ingredients using your hands.
Don’t forget that egg- crack it open and continue to massage.
Lastly- add the saffron and breadcrumbs into the mix.
Stop massaging once you reach almost a dough consistency.
Get your pot ready by pouring in the olive oil!
Grab a handful of the mix and flatten it to the size of your palm- then make a hole in the middle.
Create some more crunch by crusting the patty with more breadcrumbs.
Fry both sides until golden brown!
To remove extra oils pat down in paper towels.
