What you’ll need
Light corn syrup
Measure the syrup into a measuring cup that has been sprayed with baking spray
Pour into a 2 quart saucepan along with you granulated sugar. Place on low heat.
Stir constantly on low heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture barely comes to a boil.
As soon as the mixture starts to boil take off the heat and stir in the peanut butter.
Pour over the cornflakes
Immediately stir in the peanut butter
Use two spoons or your fingers to dollop the mixture into balls. Place on a wax paper lined sheet.
Wait 30 minutes for the cornflake stacks to solidify, then enjoy for up to a week!
