What you’ll need
Edamame 6 oz
Garlic 1 Tsp
Orange Peel 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil 2 Tbsp
Ginger 1/2 Tsp
Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Hot Chili Oil 1 Tsp
Orange Juice 3 Tbsp
Combine olive oil & the chili oil to the pan on medium heat. Add the edamame and coat with the oil.
Once the edamame starts to brown, add the ginger and garlic and mix.
As the edamame continues to brown, add the orange juice and peel.
Stir and continue to brown the edamame.
Add the soy sauce & cook until the sauce slightly thickens & the orange peels slightly caramelize.
