Start by sauteing andouille sausage on browning function for 5 minutes. Remove from Instantpot
Add onion and bell peppers and saute until onions are translucent
Add Cajun seasonings, tomatoes, rice and chicken stock. Stir to combine. Add salt.
Place lid on and lock in pressure position. Set for high for 8 minutes
Let it cook and then naturally release for 5 minutes.
Safely let the steam release and remove lid
Add back sausage
And shrimp and stir to combine
Plate and garnish with green onions! Bon appetit!
