What you’ll need
Heavy Whipping Cream
Mix 1/4 cup of milk with powder gelatin (unflavored, 1 envelope). Set aside.
In a pan add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix well.
Bring to a slow boil over medium heat. Do not boil :)
Remove from heat. Add 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract and milk/gelatin mixture. Whisk well.
Pour into four glasses (set on a tilt if you like).
Let cool down and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Top with strawberry or your favorite sauce
