What you’ll need
Instantpot
Buy
3 strips
bacon
1, diced
Onion
1 tsp
Fresh Rosemary
1 large
Potato
2 lb boneless Leg of lamb, cut into cubes

Carrots
2 minced
Garlic Cloves
2 tbl
Tomato paste
1 cup
Red Wine
1 lb
White Mushroom
2 tbl
Flour
1 tsp
Dried Thyme
4 cups
Beef Broth
On browning mode, add oil and cook the bacon until browned. Remove from Instantpot

Add the lamb and cook until no pink remains

Add flour, onion, thyme, rosemary, red wine, tomato paste, broth, salt and pepper. Stir to mix.

Put on lid and set to pressure cook. Cook for 20 minutes on high

Quick release and add carrots, mushrooms and potatoes. Cook on manual low for 10 minutes

Plate and serve!
