What you’ll need
Take your ribs out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking
Time to remove the membrane 🤢
Get crazy with your rub!
Add 1 cup of water
Add 1Tbsp white vinegar (this will make them oh so tender)
Place your ribs in a u-shape, place the pressure cooker on high for 1 hour
Make sure your instant pot vent is closed
Move your valve to release the rest of the steam
Cut and VERY gently remove the ribs from your instant pot
Slather both halves with sauce
Slather the second side and pop it back under the broiler
Cut and enjoy!
