How toMake Instant Pot Asian Braised Chicken Wings

Add the wings. I used frozen wings but they were thawed slightly so that I can separate them

Make sure to separate the wings so it is not one block of frozen wings

Add 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Add 6 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce

Add dash of white pepper

Fresh ginger is best but I ran out. Add many dash of ground ginger

Add dash of sesame oil

Give it a good mix

Add 1 Cup Water

Close lid & make sure vent valve is sealed

Select Pressure Cook for 15 mins & wait

Once fine, select Cancel

Do a quick release

Once pressure is released,open lid & give it a good mix

Enjoy & serve it warm with rice. Drizzle rice & wings with the sauce
