Heart Shape Cookie Cutter
Mini Rolling Pin
Silpat Baking Mat
Take fondant out of the package. You can use any brand..
Put your mat down and sprinkle a little cornstarch . Some people use crisco.
Now you are ready to knead your fondant until it applicable.
Using your rolling pin roll your fondant to left to right and away from you (1/8 to 1/4 in thick)
Now use your cookie cutter heart shape to cut out the heart. (Use toothpick to get heart out )
Now it’s time to place the fondant on top of your cupcakes
