What you’ll need
Brussels Sprouts
Olive oil
Fennel
Minced Garlic
Leeks
Balsamic vinegar
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees

Peel off the leaves of the brussel sprouts, trim the ends, and add to the bowl

Cut up the fennel into small pieces and add to the brussel sprouts

Cut the leeks and add them to the mixture
4
Add 2 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic
5
Add 2 heaping tablespoons of olive oil

Add salt and pepper to taste and mix

Pour the mixture into a casserole dish

Place in the oven for 35 minutes, uncovered
9
Remove from the oven and serve!
