In food processor pulse 3c flour, 1/2tsp salt, 1c cold butter until mixture looks like coarse sand.
This is what I mean by “coarse sand.” Now it’s ready for the icy-cold water.
Add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and pulse to combine.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of iced water and pulse until dough comes together into a ball. That’s all!
Divide dough;wrap in plastic.Chill for 30 min (up to 1 day) before rolling and cutting into discs.
