What you’ll need
Heavy Whipping Cream
whisk together 120gr/4,3oz egg yolks + 70gr/2,4oz sugar.
450gr/16oz heavy whipping cream + 2tsp vanilla extract.Set over medium-high heat and bring to a boil
mix step 1 and step 2. Add the cream a little at a time, stirring continually.
Pour the liquid into ramekins. Bake: 230’F 40-45minutes.
cooling down, add some sugar on top of it. Using a torch, melt the sugar and form a crispy top.
