Chicken Breast
1 cup
Mushrooms
1/4 cup
Sherry Wine

Close And Cut

Olive oil
1/2 cup
Marsala

Chef’s Tongs
Buy
Slice chicken in half. Coat in salt and pepper seasoned flour and place in oiled/buttered skillet

Slice mushrooms with Egg Slicer Plus. Chop onion (optional). Flip chicken and add the ingredients

Add Marsala and sherry to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken cooked thru

Serve with sautéed, steamed, or roasted veggie of your choice!
