What you’ll need
Lay your bacon strips side-by-side on a foil-covered baking sheet; place into a COLD oven.
Now turn your oven to 400 degrees F. Cook the bacon for 20 minutes, then flip it over.
Cook bacon a few more minutes to get it as crispy and browned (blackened?) as you prefer.
Remove the bacon from the baking sheet to a paper towel-lined plate to drain fats and cool.
While your bacon cools, strain your warm bacon grease into your bacon fat jar for use later. ❤️
