Greek Yogurt (any Flavor You Want!)

Banana, Mashed
Add oats, chia seeds, milk, and vanilla extract to a mason jar.

Spoon in Greek yogurt and mix well.

Then add mashed banana + mix again.

Sprinkle in salt and mix well.

Cover mason jar and refrigerate oats overnight (or for an hour).

Add toppings like nut butter and fruit, etc. Enjoy!
