What you’ll need
Milk (dairy or Non-dairy)
Melted Coconut Oil
Add oats, chia seeds, baking powder, and banana to a microwave safe dish.
Pour in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Stir in the melted coconut oil and salt.
Top with chocolate chips and microwave for about 2-2.5 minutes.
Serve with peanut butter, more banana, or enjoy plain Jane!
