What you’ll need
Pastry Bag (or Plastic Ziplock)
Tiny Round Rainbow Sprinkles
Drawing Of A Lamassu
Cut out or draw the silhouette of a lamassu.
Place parchment over the silhouette.
Tape the parchment down so it doesn’t move around.
Fill a pastry bag with some white chocolate chips.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave.
Cut a small opening at the tip of the pastry bag, and trace the lamassu’s outline.
Cut a bigger hole in the pastry bag and begin flooding the area inside the lines.
Smooth things out as you work.
Flood the rest of the lamassu, and smooth it out as you go, so it’s 1/8-inch thick.
Microwave it for just a few seconds.
Spend a few seconds smoothing it out again to make sure it’s even and we’ll-defined.
Carefully shake away any excess.
Gently nudge sprinkles on the border back into place, so there isn’t a jagged edge.
Chill it for at least 30 minutes, and then carefully lift it away.
Use it to decorate a layer cake!
