What you’ll need
1 TBS total
Chia, Flax, and/or Hemp Seeds
Milk (dairy or Non-dairy)
Add oats to a small pot.
Add in chia seeds and/or flax meal.
Add in banana.
Pour in milk.
Transfer to the stove top.
Add a splash of vanilla extract.
Sprinkle in some cinnamon.
Heat the pot over medium-low heat.
Continually mix until the oats are tender and cooked.
Pour oatmeal into a bowl.
And top with your favorite toppings!
