What you’ll need
Dough:300gr flour,1tsp.baking powder,pinch of salt, 100gr butter. Mix all together.
Add 100gr kefir. Mix together
Add some flour and mix it again. Must be elastic dough ball.
Put dough in fridge for 30 minutes
Feeling”khoreez”:Mix 100gr sugar, 100gr flour, 10gr vanilla sugar.Add 50gr.butter, and mix again.
The dough is rolled out into a thin rectangle (try to make thinner dough)
and then covered in the "khoreez" filling, leaving a small uncovered edge for sealing.
The dough is then tightly rolled into a spiral.
Cut like on video, but till the end
Beat 1yolk egg with fork and use brush to spread it. Bake: 25minutes 356’F (180’C)
