Grab your ingredients! Leftover taco meat, shredded cheese and low carb tortillas

Grab your tortilla

Scoop in some leftover taco meat

Add your shredded cheese

Pinch and pull method before rolling up

Once rolled, put it towards one side of the pan to prevent unrolling

Make sure the open end is on the bottom and lightly brush with oil

Air fry for 6 minutes (4-5 if you want them less dark)

Take them out and get ready to flip

Make sure the opening is tucked when you flip and brush on a little more oil

Air fry for 4 minutes
