What you’ll need
Sour Cream (1 tbl)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Coconut Flour (2 tbl)
Labrada Whey Isolate Protein Powder, Chocolate
Pinch of Salt
Sweetener of choice
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 tbl)
Coffee (2 oz)
Coat a mug with nonstick and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix egg and tepid coffee.
Stir in all remaining ingredients.
Pour 1/2 the mixture into the mug. Add a dollop of peanut butter and top with remaining batter.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Optional: top with peanut butter.
