Food Processor
Blueberries
Roasted Almonds
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Monk Fruit
Cherries
Add fruit to a mixing bowl

Toss with powdered sweetener of choice (I used monkfruit)

Divide into 6 ramekins

Make the 1 minute crispy topping. Add everything to a food processor

Pulse a few times until coarse crumbs form

Add topping to fruit

Bake 20 minutes until bubbly inside and golden on top
