Fold your batter until it reaches the right consistency as shown. Add more coloring, if desired.

Pipe eclair macs with a Wilton 2A tip. Bake (I usually do 280F for 20-25 minutes). Cool & remove.

Pipe buttercream with tip #147, fat tip facing down.

Decorate with lemon, fresh flowers, or whatever you like🍋🍋
