How toLayered Pudding (Mihalabiyi)

While cold: put 1L milk (about 5 cups) with 3 Tbspns corn starch & 4 Tblspns sugar (or to taste)

On low heat whisk the milk and add 3 eggs + 2 tblspns butter

Add one pack of vanilla pudding, whisking constantly

Consistency should thicken,if you want thicker,whisk cornstarch & cold milk and add

Put a layer of tea biscuits then cover with your vanilla pudding

For the remaining pudding I added 2 Tblspns cocoa & 1 Tblspn Nescafé (Optional)

Put another layer of tea biscuits on vanilla pudding then cover with your chocolate pudding

I topped it with shredded coconut, chocolate shavings would also be good.

Served best cold after a night in the fridge. A great treat for family & friends!
