Koyadofu Katsu(Japanese Tonkatsu Style Dish)
Ingredients: koyadofu, egg, flour, and panko (ingredients of sauce not included)

Soak koyadofu in water for 10 minutes, and squeeze the water out

Put flour, egg, panko in each container

Coat koyadofu with flour, dip in the beaten egg, and coat with panko

In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat, and fry koyadofu for 2 minutes
