Kitchen Sink Egg Muffins

What you’ll need
8 Eggs
1/2 Cup Chopped Ham
1/4 Tsp Dried Basil
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Chopped Zucchini
1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach
1/2 Tsp Salt
The necessities

Whisk together until well blended

Add 1/2tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of any other seasoning you like! Garlic powder is another fav.

1/2 cup of each- this is leftover veggies that needed to be used. Any combo is delish!

Layer the veggies first in silicon cups or lightly greased muffin tin. Makes 12 muffins.

Add your favorite cheese! Featured here is mozzarella

VERY slowly add the egg mixture to the muffin cups

Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Let cool for 5 and dive in!
