Pour in the almond milk (non sweetened) to the blender

Add two blocks of frozen Kale

Add a mixture of frozen fruit~ we have Banana, strawberry, blueberries and oats

Add healthy fats - we chose coconut oil

Add 1 scoop of Whole Foods Multivitamin for added calcium and other essential vitamins (I love this)

For mummy and toddler add 3 scoops (2 if just for mum) of vegan vanilla protein! ~ I can share fav!
