What you’ll need

Hula hoop
Buy
Big, light hoop! Socks or high top shoes! A little bit at a time, take brakes for your ankles!!

Give the hoop a little push with outside foot for momentum in the direction you’re going to hoop.

Put your outside foot back into the hoop and lift straight up past knees to go into knee hooping.

Immediately start pumping your legs and knees like normal knee hooping. You just did the kick up!!
