What you’ll need
1/2 minced
Onion or Red (preferably red)
1/2 Bunch
Fresh Cilantro
1Clove
Fresh Minced Garlic
1 TSP
Ground Black Pepper
1 TBS
MCT Oil
1/2 Minced
Green Bell Pepper
1bunch to Garnish
Green Onions
Choice Of Meat
1 TBS
Kosher salt
1/2 Minced
Red Peppers

Cauliflower Head
2 TBS
Granulated Garlic
4 Dashes
Low Sodium Soy
Grind your Cauliflower

Until it’s all ricey

Use your MCT Oil or Olive Oil to cook your Cauliflower Rice

Pour your MCT Oil with your fresh Minced Garlic in medium heat

Add your Cauliflower Rice and Stir

Add your kosher salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper

Stir like you just don’t care

Add your onions, green and redpeppers, and cilantro

Stir

Add your dashes of low sodium soy sauce and stir

Stir and leave for about 5 minutes and stir again on medium heat
