Broccoli Florets
1.5 pounds (cut into bite size pieces)
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 tablespoons (divided)
Unsalted Butter
1/2 teaspoon
Salt

2 cloves (minced)
Garlic
1 (finely chopped)
Shallot
1/4 cup
Heavy Cream
1/2 cup
Chicken Bone Broth (or Stock)
8 ounces
Cream Cheese
4 ounces (approx 1 cup)
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup
Almond Flour
Bring a pot filled halfway with water to a boil & add broccoli. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain.

Add 1T butter to a large skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken. Cook until no longer pink in center

Add the broccoli and chicken to a medium casserole dish.

Melt 1T butter over medium heat. Add garlic & shallots. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until soft.

Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, & cream cheese. Cook until melted & smooth, about 3-5 minutes.

Pour the cheese mixture over the broccoli and chicken.

Top evenly with the cheddar cheese.

Mix the almond flour with 1T of melted butter with a fork until crumbs form.

Spread the almond flour crumbs on top of the casserole.

Bake uncovered at 375F for 20-25 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
