Kale, avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, fresh garlic, almonds & homemade croutons
Prep the kale - remove stems and chop finely.
Massage the kale with olive oil & salt with (sounds weird but important for softness / bitterness)
Add most of the avocado and continue MASSAGING.
Squeeze half of lemon.
Mince 1 fresh garlic
Chop some almonds (I used TJs truffled marcona almonds)
Add extra avocado and homemade croutons.
Croutons: sourdough bread + olive oil + salt sautéed on a pan
Even if you’re not a kale fan you’ll probably like this.
