Make coffee jelly. Stir together gelatin and 1 and 1/2 T water and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
Add 2 T sugar and 1 cup very hot strong coffee or espresso and stir until dissolved.
Pour into 7x5 inch dish. Refrigerate until solid. At least three hours.
When set, cut into small squares.
Make tea. I used a French press.
Use the correct time and temp for your tea
Add water and steep
Press out leaves. Add 2T sugar and cool in fridge until jelly is ready.
Add milk or cream to tea
Fill glass about 1/3 full with jelly cubes.
Fill glass with milk tea
Slurp through a straw!
