What you’ll need
6 Eggs
Liquid-water Or Milk
Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil
Chard Stems, Pepper, Tomato, Musroom
Chopped Veggies
Line frying pan with parchment paper and a little oil.

Add in sautéed veggies

Whip up liquid and eggs, salt and pepper, pour over veggies. Add any herbs you like/have on hand.

Put the whole pan in a xxx preheated oven and baked for xxx. Make sure not runny and there you go!

Flip pan onto a work surface-should come right out. If a little stuck, flip back over-cut like pizza

Enjoy for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Great with a side of those simply dressed tomatoes or panzanella
