1 pair of scissors
A Nickel
Small Hole Punch
Gather those materials!

Cut out your flower template.

Trace 11 more flowers & cut them out!

Punch 2 holes in 1 piece. Thread twine through and knot.

Cut a horizontal notch halfway through each petal from the right.

Repeat for all remaining flowers.

Connect flower pieces using the tabs you cut.

Continue all the way around. The last flower should connect in 3 spots. That's your 1st row!
