Hello!
Broil 1.5 pounds of beef bones at 350 for 20 minutes and brown each side. Add to IP with drippings.

Wash & peel 2 celery stalks, 1 large carrot, 1/2 a fennel. Add aromatics.

Add filtered water just below max line approximately 6 cups.

2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar to break down bone and extract nutrients.

2 Tbsp pepper (ran out of peppercorns :(

Select meat/stew setting and adjust 2 hours. Make sure to close the pressure valve.

Natural release for 20 minutes. Strain & add ice cubes to cool down before sealing in airtight jars.
