1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs, 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, 1/2 tsp pepper & salt

Break 8 oz of fettuccine in half

Criss cross pattern of pasta

Add in 2 cups chicken broth

3 sliced carrots on top of pasta

8 oz trimmed green beans

1 bell pepper (your choice of color)

Pressure cook (high pressure) for 6 minutes

Natural pressure release for 5-10 minutes then release remaining pressure and remove lid

In a bowl stir 1 cup half and half, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce and 2 Tbsp cornstarch until smooth.

Turn pot to sauté and stir in the mixture. Sauce will thicken quickly.

Salt and pepper to taste and scoop into bowls and serve.
