What you’ll need
3 Lb Pork Spare Ribs Tips
3 Slices Of Ginger
1 TSP. Chopped Garlic
1/2 C Brown sugar
4 TBSP Dark Soy Sauce
1/4 C Rice Vinegar
1 Bay leaf
Place IP wire rack. Add spareribs, ginger, garlic, bay leaf, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Add brown sugar and mix altogether.
Cover and seal it. Press meat/stew and time it for 10 min.
Release pressure and take out rack. Hit sauté and boil till liquid evaporates.
When liquid almost dissipates. Let it fry a little, and stir and it’s done.
