Melt 2 T butter and sauté 1 diced onion

Add 8 oz mushrooms, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1 T tomato paste and 1 cup broth to pot

Mix 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup panko, 1/3 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 T steak seasoning, 1 T Worcestershire

Form meat mixture into meatballs

Place on top of the mushrooms

Place a tall trivet into pot

Fill a pan with cubed potatoes and water. Place on top of trivet.

Cover the pot and pressure cook for 10 minutes with 10 minute natural pressure release

Move potatoes out of pot and drain. Then mash with milk, butter, salt and pepper

Place meatballs on a platter

Make a cornstarch slurry with 1 T cornstarch and 2 T water

Thicken the sauce with cornstarch slurry

Serve meatballs and sauce over potatoes. Enjoy!
