Add 3 Tbsp of low sodium soy sauce

1 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp minced garlic

2 tsp chili garlic sauce

1/2 cup water and 1/2 tsp of better than bouillon

And 1 Tbsp brown sugar into the Instant Pot. Whisk well.

Combine 1 lb ground pork, 2 Tbsp bread crumbs, 1/4 cup white rice, 1 egg & 2 tsp chili garlic sauce

Use clean or gloved hands to combine mixture

Form into meatballs and place in one layer in the Instant Pot.

Cover the pot and set manual or pressure cook button to 10 minutes

Set valve to sealing

Move meatballs to a platter

Turn instant pot to sauté. Mix 1 Tbsp cornstarch and water into pot to thicken sauce.

Serve meatballs with sauce and enjoy!
