Add 1 cup water to instant pot

Put a steamer basket into pot. Add in 2.5 pounds of frozen chicken wings.

Set your manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes

Let it release naturally for 10 minutes and then release any remaining pressure

Use tongs to place chicken on baking sheet with skin side up

Broil for 3-4 minutes

They should be a little crispy

Pour 1/2 cup buffalo sauce on wings
