Oil
3 Cups
Chicken Broth
1 tsp
Thyme
1 Bag
Frozen Corn

Small Onion - Diced
3 Tbsp
Cornstarch
1 tsp
Black Pepper
1 lb
Red Potatoes - Diced
2 Cloves
Garlic - Minced
1 tsp
Parsley
2 Cups
Heavy Cream
1 Pkg
Diced Ham
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and add oil. When oil is heated, add onion and sauté for 5 minutes

Add garlic and continue sautéing for another 2 minutes.

Stir in cornstarch and sauté until brown and bubbly, around 5 minutes.

Turn off Instant Pot & add chicken broth. Deglaze the pot. Add parsley, thyme and black pepper.

Add heavy cream, potatoes, corn and ham. Stir to combine.

Place lid on Instant Pot and seal vent. Set to pressure cook for 30 minutes.
