Instant Pot Garlic Butter Short Ribs

Beef Short Ribs (I use boneless)
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
1 tablespoon
Unsalted Butter

Unsalted Butter
3 cloves, minced
Garlic
1 tablespoon
Fresh Thyme
2.5 cups
Beef Bone Broth (or stock)
Season ribs with salt and pepper.

Turn Instant Pot onto sauté. Add butter. Brown all sides of the ribs. Remove to a plate.

Add garlic & thyme. Cook 1 minute. Add splash of broth to deglaze pan. Add ribs and broth to cover.

Place lid on pot. Cook at high pressure for 35 minutes. Then do a natural release for 15 minutes.

Carefully open the pot and remove the ribs. Top with extra sauce & thyme, if desired. Enjoy!
