What you’ll need
1 can
Diced Tomatoes
1 cup
Small Vegetables
1 tablespoon (ish)
Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon
Dried Oregano
To taste
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can
Black Beans
1 cup
Basmati Rice
.5 tsp
Cumin
2-3 tablespoons (ish)
Chorizo Spice Mix
1/2 pound
Ground Beef
1.5 cups
Chicken Stock
Pinch
Ground White Pepper
To taste
Salt
Start with a little oil.

On ‘saute’ setting, brown the meat. Flavor your meat with the spices. (I never measure anything. 😂)

Turn off the sauté function. Add the tomatoes and beans.

Add all other ingredients including more spices and herbs.

Make sure lid is locked and sealed. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.

When cooking is done, release pressure manually. Be careful!

Give it a good stir...

Add a little cheese and enjoy! Yum!
