Olive Oil Spray
1/2 Cup
Cheddar Cheese

Wash potatoes. Put them on trivet in Instant Pot. Add 1.5 cups of water.

Seal lid & vent. Manual on high for 9 minutes.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out middle. (Hold with a mitt or towel)
