Start by frying two to three pieces of bacon in a skillet to render the fat. Leave fat in pan.

Drain bacon on paper towels. Add about two cups trimmed green beans to pan with bacon fat or oil.

Slice half a large red onion. Add to your green beans. Make sure to coat thoroughly in fat or oil.

Cook on medium heat for a few minutes.

Add about a cup of broth or stock. Bring to a boil.

Cook for about 9-15 minutes depending on how al dente you like your greens beans. Add 2 tbsp garlic

Chop up your bacon, add back in. Add a few dashes Worcestershire, salt & pepper to taste!
