Roses for Rose Cookie

Roll & cut out white fondant with ribbed circle cutter. Go around and indent with a “point”on edges

Then, roll out coloured fondant to start the roses

Trim away excess length or width if need be. Should be about the width of your index finger.

Thin out one side of the fondant to make those petals a bit thinner and of different lengths. Trim.

Cutter Flowers

Use your cutters & cut out two diff sizes of the flowers. I used 4 Small & 2 Big flowers per cookie

Use a foam pad & the ball tip to press down to curve & thin out the flowers
8
Add a bit of water to the center, roll out little spheres, and add them to the flowers

Assemble & Enjoy!
